Who is responsible for this website

Information we collect

When you submit a project brief, we may collect your project type, project location, email address or WhatsApp number, project notes, drawings or other materials you choose to provide. Our form also records the page and CTA used, the submitted URL, referrer, available campaign parameters and the visitor IP address for security, spam prevention and inquiry attribution.

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, those providers process the contact information and message content needed to deliver the conversation.

Cookies and conversion measurement

Essential storage is used to remember your cookie choice and support site security. Optional analytics and advertising tags, including Google Analytics, Google Ads or Google Tag Manager when configured, do not load until you accept optional cookies. These tools may measure page visits, campaign source, device or browser information and conversions. You may reject optional cookies without losing access to the website or project form.

When information is shared

Information may be processed by WordPress and our hosting provider, email services, WhatsApp, security services and Google measurement services when enabled. We may also share relevant project information with contracted team members or suppliers where this is necessary to assess or perform an agreed service. We do not sell project inquiry data.

International processing and retention

GEORGE supports international projects, so information may be processed outside your country. We retain inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, project records, security and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate.

Your choices and rights

You can reject optional cookies, reopen Cookie Settings in the footer, ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where consent applies. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or an active agreement.

Security and sensitive information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online transmission is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, banking details, payment card information or access credentials through the project form.

Children

This website and our design services are intended for adults and business representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
