These terms govern website use and explain the difference between initial website information and an agreed project scope.

Website information is not a project agreement
Submitting a form, sending an email or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not create a design, supply or delivery contract. Services, fees, deliverables, revisions, responsibilities, schedules and payment terms apply only after they are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.
Design references and project imagery
Pages identified as Concept, Design Direction or Reference Project demonstrate a design approach and are not represented as completed client commissions. Selected imagery may illustrate atmosphere, material direction or project type. Completed work, testimonials and client evidence will be identified separately when published.
Local professional responsibility
GEORGE may provide 3D design, visual direction, material and FF&E coordination, selected supply and delivery planning within an agreed scope. Qualified local architects, engineers, code consultants, contractors and installers remain responsible for site verification, structure, life safety, permits, code compliance, regulated technical design and installation unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Materials, products and delivery
Natural materials, samples, screens, production batches and site lighting can vary. Final suitability, availability, quantity, lead time, warranty, shipping, duties, receiving, storage and installation responsibilities must be confirmed for the actual project and destination before purchase.
Intellectual property
Website text, layouts, branding and original design materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Website access does not grant permission to reproduce, sell or present GEORGE material as your own. Project deliverable usage rights are governed by the applicable written agreement.
No guaranteed result
Website examples and service descriptions do not guarantee a particular approval, construction outcome, material performance, delivery date, advertising result or commercial result. Outcomes depend on the agreed scope, supplied information, local conditions and third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate another party or submit unlawful content. We may block abusive traffic and retain relevant security records.
